After graduating in 2006, from ENSAT & DNO (Master degree of enology and agronomy) in Toulouse, France and a few experiences in winemaking and in journalism, Anthony joined Lallemand Oenology in 2007 first as technical support for France, Switzerland and China. Then, from 2015 to 2019, he was in charge of coordinating Lallemand Oenology trials worldwide and providing technical support to winery suppliers and winemakers worldwide. Since 2019, he has been dedicating his efforts as wine yeasts product manager for Lallemand Oenology, acting as the keystone for all wine yeast related topics from R&D projects approval to ensuring that yeast products are delivered on time to users.
