Join us in Portland and attend this interactive meeting mixing top-of-the-edge scientific and technical conferences with wine tasting sessions. This meeting will give you insight into the latest Lallemand microbiological innovations for winemaking. Wine tasting sessions will set the tempo of the day.

The lobby-level Crystal Ballroom, replete with gold leafing and crystal chandeliers, is where heads of state and international companies have held social functions and this is where we have chosen to have our lunch and cocktail organized.
The opulent Mayfair Ballroom, on the mezzanine will host our meeting all day.
